Cozy cottage near the Black River

Sharon was a great host, very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some recommendations. The house was perfect for my wife and I, very clean, great outside deck and close to the river. We stayed here because it was close to our expedition to the Three Sisters. Check in and out was very easy and we were able to check in a bit early. Will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! One of the queen beds must have been ordered from Heaven because it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on in my entire life!! Neighborhood was extremely peaceful and neighbors are friendly! House is only a small walk from the lake so super convenient if you forget something. Grocery store does deliver to save a trip back to town but don’t count on many restaurant delivery options if you want dinner delivered. My kids have already asked when we can go back again & I would 10/10 want the same house again when we return. <3

Nathan and Shawn were awesome. I highly recommend their home if you find yourself going to Elizabethtown. It is very kid friendly, which was awesome for my grandkids. Just a walk to the pier, although we didn’t spend much time there due to the time of year and wet weather on a couple days. Nathan and Shawn were responsive to any request or question that we had. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Private Lake Oasis with Inground Pool

My son’s, their wives and I came to town for a funeral so I wanted to book a place that was worth the 11 drive and that we could enjoy time together during this difficult time. And this place did just that! No complaints at all. Very peaceful & beautiful. We had family to stop by to visit us that live 11mins away and they said they didn’t know place like this even existed here. lol

A front porch, morning coffee and the lake!

This is the perfect lake getaway. Cute house that's close to the water. Everything you need is is provided. When outside or at the water, we were quickly greeted by neighbors who were welcoming and helpful. This place exceeded all of our expectations. And Courtney was quick to offer assistance when needed but did not make us feel like we were being watched. We will definitely look today here again. 10 out of 10!

The house was beautiful. The land around the house was huge, it gave me and my family a chance to get outside with no phone and enjoy nature. The house was well kept and private. I love that Jeremiah responded when I had questions.

Cynthia’s place was wonderful. It was nicely decorated and very clean! Loved the towels! Close to grocery stores and restaurants too. I would love to book a stay again in the future.

Amazing stay at this home, host was amazing the entire time and was very flexible with us coming late. The property is extremely beautiful and peaceful. The home has been furnished in a matter that makes it feel as if you're living in a museum which it just awesome it takes you back to the time period the home was built! I think this would be a great getaway for a family or really anyone wanting to get away from everything and just enjoy nature.
