Ha un'entrata autonoma e un posto auto all’aperto riservato agli ospiti. Nella stessa casa, ma al piano terra, ci sono altri due appartamenti: Cà Merlo Rosso e Cà Merlo blu, ideale per un gruppo numeroso.
