Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

As of July, 27, 2025, the dock will not be unavailable due to draining lake for maintenance, boats may park along bank, remember other docks are private property. One of two cabins on the Angelina River downstream from Lake Sam Rayburn Dam. Cabin D sits on 3.5 acres of riverfront property with access to the Pavillion and deck overlooking the river with ample seating with tables, chairs and bar stools along with a propane grill and griddle to cook your meal. The cabin has 2 queen beds, parking for your boat with an outside receptacle to charge your batteries. Public boat ramp is across the river. (Cabin C has 1 king bed with all the same ammenities)

Our guest suite is beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, one with two twin beds, a full-size sofa bed in one of the living areas, a Jack and Jill bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and an outdoor seating area with a fire pit and BBQ pit. Our guest suite is part of our lakefront house in the middle of beautiful evergreens. THE MAIN HOUSE will not be used while you are our guest.

Come and enjoy the view and the beautiful sunset at our Mid-Lake House on Lake Sam Rayburn. We are located before the 147 Bridge in Zavalla, Texas and only 3.2 miles from Cassel Boykins Boat Ramp. The house has 2 bedrooms with a loft and 2.5 bathrooms. There's 5 queen beds and 2 couches in the living room. A roll in dock is in the water to tie to during the day or night.
