Luxuriöse Penthaus-Wohnung

Die sonnige Penthaus-Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg in Anif. Sie bietet mit 78 m2 genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche, 1 Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 1 WC zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett für Zwei. Highlight ist die Massagedusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne im Bad und der Pool im Garten. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto, sowie Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In der Sommersaison darf gerne der Pool im Außenbereich benutzt werden. Ich bin sehr oft im Ausland unterwegs. Jedoch ist meine Tochter oft da uns steht Ihnen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, ein Modegeschäft und ein Drogeriemarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wandergebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das nächste Skigebiet in 40 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Welcome to the Laschenskygut in Wals near Salzburg! The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Salzburg, surrounded by green meadows with a magnificent view of the mountains. With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Our accommodation is ideal for (love) couples, singles and business travelers.

Unser Bauernhof liegt idyllisch mitten in der Natur, abgelegen in einer Sackgasse. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich das kleine Naturschutzgebiet Egelsee zu dem man gemütlich hin spazierten kann. Zu Fuß erreichbar sind das Gasthaus Druckerhof mit einem traumhaften Panoramablick auf den Attersee und das Gasthaus Stadler das direkt am Attersee liegt. Auf unserem kleinen Bio Bauernhof haben wir Aberdeen Angus (Rinder), Schafe, Schweine, Hühner, Enten, Katzen und einen Hund.

Unser rundum eingezäunter, großzügiger Garten steht für die gemeinsame Nutzung zur Verfügung. Dank Straßenanbindung sind wir leicht zu finden und trotzdem eine Wohlfühloase.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. The residential unit is located on the upper floor of the converted farm building in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are very welcome. Baby bed and high chair are available on request. A parking lot is available directly in the courtyard - free of charge. A lot of excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in clos proximity.
