This villa is 20 feet over the water, you watch fish swim by, walk 1 min to the pool or restaurant, 3 mins to a beach; enjoy the most gorgeous villas on property. St. Thomas USVI, Waterfront Condo, Affordable

Beautiful Waterfront Condo, in gorgeous St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, overlooking Red Hook and uninhabited islands. All 32 condos were recently renovated as of 2020. Renovations are now complete on all units, and includes new exterior, new windows, doors, glass sliding doors all to building code. Inside the condo recent updates include a new kitchen, new stove, new ceiling fans, new bathroom vanity, new furniture. Air Conditioning a split level 24k unit works great and pumps cold A/C.

Salt Life at Sapphire Beach

Salt Life condo is located within Sapphire Village, at beautiful Sapphire Beach, close to Red Hook, and Coral World. You’ll love Salt Life condo because of the 1 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, the views, the ambiance, and a 2 minute drive to Red Hook. Salt Life condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Are your dates in Salt Life already booked? Check out our other condo called Beachtime! at Sapphire Beach, also in the Dominica building, and listed on Air BnB.

Welcome to your remodeled ocean view studio located in Mahogany Run, just 5-mins from Magen's Bay Beach. Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from the bed or seating area. This bright and airy studio is equipped with a plush king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Spend the days at one of the island's beaches, snorkeling, hanging out by the pool, or exploring downtown Charlotte Amalie. We HIGHLY recommend renting a car to get around the island.

Oceanfront Beach Hideaway Retreat

Beautiful Caribbean oceanfront 1BR/1BA renovated condo with private balcony and stunning views. RARE corner unit with both ocean and garden views, and the only unit with full privacy on the west side! Luxury mattress topper in bedroom and powerful air conditioning with ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Excellent WiFi with backup WiFi generator (extremely rare to find on the island). 5-min walk to Vessup Beach! Enjoy the waves crashing day and night. Washer and dryer inside condo!

Beautiful ocean side condo steps from the breath-taking turquoise Caribbean waters. Spectacular views of St. John Island and the British Virgin Islands. Sapphire beach is a popular destination, known for it's snorkeling, beach life, kayaking, beach side bar and coffee shop. Located on the eastern end of St. Thomas, one mile from Red Hook which provides many conveniences such as shopping, delicious dining, bars and activities. Note: 1 king bed, 1 queen size sleeper sofa.

Stylish Beach Condo located at Sapphire- 2 Pools

Come and relax in our beautiful condo located East End at Sapphire Village. Fully furnished with a modern, beachy vibe to match the glimmering turquoise waters seen from the windows. Property has hotel amenities including 2 pools, great snorkeling, 3 restaurants, beach bar, coffee shop/deli all on property! The unit is a studio w/queen bed, full kitchen and bathroom. Everything is provided in the condo for you to come and fully relax! 20 min from airport.

Sunshine Daydream - Our little piece of paradise!

Spend your days between at Sunshine Daydream with its beautiful ocean views. Rise up to paradise enjoying the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the private rooftop deck. This rental offers a fully equipped kitchen, 3 different pools, one of which is steps from the condo. There is easy beach access and we are centrally located between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. To top it off there are 2 restaurants and a bar within walking distance from the unit.
