The kitchen is composed of noble materials: Black granite and very elegant rosewood furniture. The efficient Air conditioning system is appreciated during summer. Parking As it is an old building (1895) there aren’t parking places. We can provide you with a pass for the brand new public parking "Q-Park Gare du Sud" located about 450m from the apartment. Rates : 2 days : 40€ 3 days : 50€ 5 days : 60€ 7 days : 80€ In case of late check-in at night after 22:00pm, an additional charge of 40€ may be applied. The apartment is set in the neighborhood of Vernier - Liberation, steps away from a variety of restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Nice-Ville railway station is a short walk away (Which is convenient to go to Monaco, Cannes, etc.), as are historic landmarks like the St Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral. The famous Liberation market (one of the most beautiful fruit, vegetable and fish market in France) is very close. Many bus lines on Boulevard Gambetta make possible to go everywhere in Nice. The "Promenade des Anglais" is 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes by foot. The Nice International Airport is close: 7 km, about 15 mn by car or 35 mn by bus.
