Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Whether you want to spend your time relaxing or fill your days exploring the huge range of fascinating places nearby, you are surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Petit gîte 4 pers. avec terrasse en toiture, situé dans un petit village tranquille en pleine nature, à 8 km de Mirepoix (cité médiévale), dans une région avec de nombreux sites historiques (châteaux cathares, et grottes préhistoriques ornée de peintures rupestres). Il y a de nombreux circuits de randonnées et de nombreuses lieux à visiter, rivière souterraine, musées, Parc de la préhistoire, sources chaudes, fontaine intermittente et bien sûr les châteaux, grottes et cités médiévales.
