The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Welcome to Tin Perch Loft, (formerly the Dilly) a charming second-story apartment in St. Paul, NE. Built in 1915, this historic loft features its original pressed-tin ceiling, and other vintage details with some modern upgrades, and a private open-air patio — a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, unwind with a book, or relax under the open sky.
