Our one bedroom & 2 bathroom condo, situated in a gated community has easy access to shops and restaurants, and is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. The apartment has one spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds and an ensuite. The open-plan kitchen/living area makes for a great social space for a small group of friends/family in addition to the access to the private community pool and tennis court. The condo is a stone's throw from local restaurants, taxi services, Marriott Resort and beaches!

Welcome to Nelson Spring Beach Resort on Nevis. Our spacious beachfront villa with central air has a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea and the soothing sound of gentle waves. The villa sits on a beautiful expanse of white sand beach, perfect for strolling, swimming, and sunbathing. NOTE: A new villa is under construction next door. The Caribbean view is not obstructed. Although noise is a possibility, we have received just one complaint from over 50 guests over the course of the last year.
