The Garden Room at Grand View!

If you want a view, then you've got one here! Our simple but cosy garden room is set up for 2 people. Its a small studio with double bed, kitchenette and ensuite. Its private, set within our garden overlooking Carn Brea Castle and The Great Flat Lode with views towards St Ives Bay, the North Cliffs and to the right is St Agnes Beacon. We are positioned centrally between the North and South coasts of Cornwall approx 1 hr from Lands End. The perfect place to base yourself from & explore Cornwall

Cornish home close to Charlestown and Eden Project

Newly renovated studio apartment annex in the garden of our main house, within walking distance of Charlestown harbour and many beaches, the perfect base to explore all of St Austell Bay. The Studio Gallery is compact, charming and full of character, showcasing art from Cornish artists. Complete with day bed that becomes a Super-King bed, off-street parking, private entrance and outdoor area with a firepit. Log Cabin

A cosy but bright log cabin , in a sylvanian setting, just yards from a public bridleway alongside the River Cober. **Please Note - the price per night is for the first guest only. Cosy 2 bedroom guest house in Cornwall

Our guest house on the back of our property has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds as well as a sofa bed downstairs sleeping 5 guests in total. There is also a travel cot, baby bath and high chair. Each bedroom and the lounge have smart TV's and WIFI connected. Corner shops, the local town and supermarket are within a short walk and the nearest beach (Portreath) around a 2 mile drive. We are centrally located to most tourist areas. Parking in the lane.

Tremayne Barn - Rural Stone Barn in Cornwall

Tremayne Barn is luxurious and cosy, set in a lovely rural location close to numerous stunning beaches (15-20 min). It's centrally placed for both the north and south coasts for swimming, surfing, outings and walking the coastal path. A30, Padstow and NQ airport are all 10 min away. You’ll love its contemporary but homely atmosphere, the tranquility, the warm welcome, the pretty setting. Clarice's Cabin in Heart of Rural Cornish Village

Clarice's Cabin is a comfortable small home, looking out across our garden. It has its own securely separated outside seating area. In the cabin's open plan space there is a comfy double bed with 100% cotton bedding a 2 seater settee, table and chairs, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Accessed from the main room is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and flush toilet. There is a fan for hot days and an oil filled electric heaters for those cooler evenings.

The Piggery -character barn with river views

Nestled in a valley, The Piggery has been renovated into guest accommodation. There is a kitchen, comfy double bed, bathroom with shower and a cosy wood burning stove. The river, with salmon and trout, is a haven for wildlife. Our home is a former water mill and smallholding of 5 acres and we keep Meg the dog, Tony the Shetland pony and a rooster with his chickens. The area is a listed site of natural beauty and a site of scientific interest. The views from the barn are wonderful.

Chapel Amble Lodge

Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Beautiful Modern Studio, A Mile From The Sea

A stones throw from some of Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches and scenic coast path, The Den is the perfect base for relaxation and adventure. We’re located on a quiet country lane, in a village with two pubs and a shop. Perranuthnoe beach is just a mile away, while Penzance and Newlyn are a short drive.
