Family Tides, an exceptionally spacious home, is located in the center of the island. It is a 3-minute walk to the public beach, lighthouse, playground, basketball & SGI museum. It offers quick access to restaurants, gift shops, Aunt Ebby's Ice Cream and other shops. About a block from the home is Island Outfitters (beach rental equip.) and Island Dog Outdoors. There are plenty of beaches nearby, including the main public beach and the State Park which covers the east portion of the island.

Our 3 bed 2 bath home is a walk away from the bay with great sunset views. We are a 1 minute golf cart ride to both 11th and 12th street public beach access and are a 7 min golf cart ride to the islands restaurants. Don’t miss out on the amazing sunset view from either our back porch or down at the end of the street, the views are breathtaking! Our personal golf carts are available and free for use, we just ask that liability waivers be signed and provided to our property management team!

Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
