Stay at our Byron bay inspired coastal abode. Put your feet up and enjoy the morning with a freshly ground coffee as the sun streams through the large glass doors that open out through the kitchen, dining and living room and onto a deck. Stroll to the local cafes or park on the beachfront a maximum 200m away and enjoy a late lunch or shop at the local boutiques. If you feel like staying in, have a game of backyard cricket and bbq, chuck on netflix or indulge in a glass of wine in the bath!

Private suite close to the beach

Your private suite is inside the main house and separate, with your own digital lock entrance. Walk to the beach, St Clair esplanade cafes and hot salt water pool. 10 mins by car to the CBD. Bus stop one block away. A quiet street to relax or work. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed and lovely linens, ensuite, and attached sunroom with comfy chairs to have a nightcap or hot drink. Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.

The Princes Apartment

We renovated a 158-year-old historic building in downtown Dunedin and turned it into a European-style apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city: one block to the Octagon, the beating heart of Dunedin, the apartment is perched above a working ceramic studio and is handily placed between the Dowling Street galleries and Moray Place. Cafés, restaurants, and charming bars abound. Complimentary one-hour introduction to wheel-thrown ceramics is offered to interested guests.

Our place is nestled in the heart of the Taieri Plains on a 25ha working farm. The original half of the homestead was built in 1868, and while the guest accomodation was developed about a century later, it has been tastefully designed to replicate the character of the main home. Tūī retreat - a nature lover’s paradise!

If you love being surrounded by nature but also desire proximity to town, this is the place for you! The tui retreat is a quiet and serene space surrounded by native bush and bird life. You’ll stay in the sleepout, which is a brand new, fully insulated, space which is fully detached from the main house. It has a queen bed (linen and electric blanket provided), it’s own private bathroom, mini fridge, table and chairs, and tea/coffee making facilities.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, the other with Twin singles. Each room has its own bathroom. Located in St Clair, it's a quick bus ride or drive into town. Or take a short (flat!) walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants.
