This unit has a private entrance with bright, modern interior and high ceilings. The apartment offers 1 King bed. The full bathroom has a large shower. A Washer and dryer located inside the apartment. Nestled on a quiet street with easy access to Siesta key. Located 1 mile from the Stickney Point bridge with easy access to Siesta Key. Great location!

One block from Sarasota Bay - completely remodeled and fully furnished guest apartment with a Miami deco feel. The unit is a little over 300 sf with full kitchen, one bathroom w/ shower, comfy queen bed, several stools/ chairs, flat screen tv, wifi, off-street parking, six USB ports for easy charging and sitting area outdoors on front porch. Five minutes to downtown or SRQ airport, 15 minutes to Lido Beach, and 25 minutes to Siesta Beach with easy access to University Parkway or Fruitville Rd.

This cozy yet spacious apartment is very centrally located... Just 5 min from downtown, 10-15 min from Siesta and Lido bch and St Armands Crl, and within walking distance of the historic Amish district. The newly completed Legacy Trail (perfect for walking, biking...) is less than a 5-minute walk away. The space is very private and clean and Ive taken extra measures to ensure your absolute peace and comfort. It includes all the amenities you'll need to make your getaway a memorable one.

Short walk to Lido Beach. Studio apartment. This is a July 2018 remodel. and dining, family-friendly activities, and public transport all very close by. Great for kayaking and biking. Walking or biking distance to Lido Beach, St. Armand's Circle and Ted Sperling Kayak Park. This one room studio is good for a couple or solo adventurers. Short drive to downtown Sarasota and LBK. Ideal for budget and value conscious lodgers looking for short term stays.

Private Guest Suite with Kitchenette

Private and spacious suite with kitchenette close to the Airport, UTC and Downtown. This roomy mother in law suite is located on a residential road close to everything. Very clean and has all the amenities you need. Kitchenette with several appliances, complimentary coffee. Large bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, living room has a futon that can sleep 1 person or 2 kids. Large TV with Roku and Netflix, plus fast WiFi. Parking in driveway.
