A delightful self contained annexe with own entrance nestling at the foot of the South Downs, a stroll away from the Old Town of Eastbourne with its array of pubs/eating places. The main town of Eastbourne is a 20 minute walk away and for the energetic you can be on the Downs in matter of moments. Fully refurbished for 2024. The annexe offers a double bed, lounge area with smart TV. Dining table for 2 which doubles as a work space with USB charging points. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room.

Cosy converted Artist's Studio (self-contained)

A cosy artist's studio on the edge of the Old Town area of Eastbourne below the South Downs, 2 miles from the sea. The studio has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet) There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle opening on to a tiny patio. It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

Peaceful Eastbourne bungalow near harbour

Lovely bungalow in quiet corner of a gated development with private driveway parking for 2 cars, patio and open-plan garden. King-size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Living room with TV, wifi, dining table for 4 guests, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer and microwave, bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Sovereign Habour 10 min walk for shops including Asda, restaurants and walks around the harbour. Town/seafront 10 min drive. Bus stop nearby.

Arty Seaview apartment

A well appointed ground floor apartment next to the sea with a seaview, with the sea just 10 metres away, a well appointed one bedroomed, a bathroom with bath & shower, Large lounge with original features and high ceilings including Victorian cornice, walking distance to the tennis, theatres, pubs, restaurants, shops in a quiet Victorian building that will sleep up to three guests. Permit paid parking available (these are charged for locally) We also have a sofa bed for one in the lounge

Self-Contained Garden Lodge

This wonderful lodge is located in the 'Sunshine Coast' of East Sussex. The property is bright, clean and spacious and located at the back of the owner's large garden. It has its own pathway along the side of the owner's house, and is completely self contained and private. However, hosts are nearby at the top of the garden if needed. Beautiful views of the South Downs are visible from The Lodge. It's the perfect place from which to explore Eastbourne and the surrounding area.

Bijoux Studio close to Eastbourne Hospital

This is a bijoux annexe complete with small double bed, kitchenette & separate bathroom. Easy access is via a side gate and key code access. There is parking on the driveway at the front of the property. The annexe is located a short walk from Eastbourne District General Hospital. The main town and seafront are just over one mile. Walking distance to nearby bakery, supermarket, fast food outlets, post office and a florist make this flat the perfect place for a short stay.

Beautiful Modern Viking Way Bungalow

Our beautiful bungalow is a detached property that provides comfortable accommodation in a beautiful area of Sussex within walking distance of Eastbourne Marina , one mile from Pevensey beach and 10 minutes drive into Eastbourne town centre. The bungalow is a great base with many sites and attractions and places of beauty nearby. Can be booked along side neighbouring bungalow for more than one family or larger group bookings, message for more information.

Cosy 2 bed maisonette with parking by the coast

A cosy and stylish maisonette with one allocated parking space at the front of the property. Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property. Please note, there is no back garden.
