The Gegan - Coldingham Sands Scotland

Situated at Coldingham Sands, one of the UK's best and most stunning surf beaches, The Gegan provides luxury accommodation right by the beach. The three bedroom, two bathroom detached house offers true luxury beach accommodation for up to 6 people. Wake up to watch the sun rise over the north sea or cosy up in the comfortable lounge with views out to sea. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with two luxury bathrooms and a brand new kitchen filled with everything you might need from a coffee machine to a smoothie maker. Three bedrooms give way to 2 luxurious large kingsize bedrooms with sea views and a smaller twinroom to the back of the property with two full size single beds. Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

We are 3 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach with coastal walks, local golf course and the working harbour where you can have the choice of diving, fishing & boat trips.

Farm Cottage Annex with Stunning Sea Views

Our 1 bedroom Pet Friendly Cottage Annex on the family farm, overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is within minutes of the beautiful coastline and yet just 50 minutes drive south of Edinburgh city. With ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available but locally, we have great food, world class diving and golf, challenging cycle ways, cliff top walks and tons of fresh sea air. See you soon.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Rock Cottage St Abbs Harbour

Rock Cottage is a converted building that was used in the past for Net/Creel and general fishing equipment store. We live in Rock House which was the first house built in st abbs. This property is suited to a couple, there is a double room downstairs and also the kitchen is on this level, upstairs is a shower room/wc and a living room which leads onto a decked balcony overlooking the harbour.
