bang for the buck not the most expensive but if you are in sagada dont look for a luxurious room this place the room and the host will make your stay in sagada more fun than usual.the host is very responsive in everything her guest need i highly recommend this host and her place

Staying at Bogan’s place is an authentic experience. It is her family’s heritage home built by Bogan’s father, a master carpenter in Sagada and lovingly maintained by Bogan’s amiable mom.

Finding stable internet in Sagada can be tricky, so I was relieved to have a quiet, comfortable space to focus on work. I highly recommend this place, especially for freelancers or digital nomads! As someone who needs to work 8-hour night shifts with video calls, a reliable internet connection is a must, and I was pleasantly surprised by how stable it was here. I had no issues at all. The host is incredibly hospitable and made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a peaceful spot to balance work and travel, this is the place. I’d definitely stay here again.

I stayed in Big Dipper last year, and I went back again, now with my mother so she can visit the place. And as expected, the place was very relaxing. Our host, Ms. Gwen gave us the hospitality more beyond we needed. She cooked for us, prepared us a bonfire and had a great chat, she also suggested us on the places we should visit in Sagada. Her husband, Mr. Dapli, was our shuttle and he was responsive all the time and made sure we had everything we need. For the AirBnB users, if you're looking for a place to stay in Sagada. I would unregrettably 100% recommend you Big Dipper. It's a DIY place and improving, but they will provide everything you need. Agyamanak!

I made a last minute booking for my family but she managed to reply promptly and coordinated with the caretakers. She was responsive to my queries and managed to make the necessary arrangements. Host was hospitable and appreciated the gesture of driving all the way from Baguio to ensure my family is well looked after she knew my grandma was rushed to the hospital. My family enjoyed their stay and trip to Sagada. My mom fondly remembers Mary/Marie one of her caretakers who was consistent with the level of hospitality and warmth. Thanks again!

I stayed at Miss Rose’s transient house for five days. She is very accommodating, provides all the necessary amenities, and also offers free coffee and biscuits to her guests. The location is conveniently situated near well-known restaurants. I had originally planned to stay for a month, but due to some circumstances, I can’t. If your work involves only minimal administrative tasks, that would be manageable. However, for live calls, it’s not advisable, as the internet connection fluctuates occasionally, and the neighborhood dogs tend to be quite lively at night, LOL. Overall, I really enjoyed my trip! Sagada is indeed friendly for solo travelers, and I was lucky to have stayed in such a nice and comfortable place. Thank you, Miss Rose!

We had a great time staying at Dagdag Homestay. It was very peaceful, cozy and you really feel that you are away from the city and just enjoying nature. We had a car so the parking is also secured and very convenient going to the town. (3 minute drive) the house was clean and most of things that you need are there. There is also a small store nearby for other needs

Location of place is very near recommended cafes and restaurants in Sagada and it is also very conveniently placed in the town proper. Felt very cozy and at home inside the place also. Almost everything were provided. It was superb. The value for money of this place is incomparable to hotels and inns in the surrounding area. Would definitely book again with family next time. Firewood for the fireplace was also provided. The mattress and linens were very comfy. The parking space is 2 blocks away which is also very near. All in all, me and my partner had a very good stay.

Pros: - Host Dan and care taker tin was topnotch! So approachable and forgiving to so much requests! High respect to both! - place was exactly the size were hoping to get. We have the private outdoors to ourselves love the place and the furrbabies were like family! We miss them actually! :( - excellent internet for wfh! Very reliable connection. Can be better with: - maintenance to make the place better like lighting. The lights at night were so dim and dark. Better to have tree & plant lights maybe and outdoor lamp for some vibe to hang out at night. It was so dark we decided to stay indoors during the night. - faucet in cr and kitchen can be better. Kitchen was wiggly also no dishwasher and sponge to clean used utensils and broom to freshen it up for extended stay. Cr faucet rusty and handle was broken van be better. Also the light is too dim to shower at night. - some humidifier with scent or reed on the room for comfy sleep and pillows are no longer firm. LOVE it overall though!

What a beautiful “Hideaway Place” indeed! The place is exactly what we were looking for! The host was very friendly and provided us with recommendations on things to see. Our aim for a peaceful getaway was fulfilled - the house is pristine and well equipped. I highly recommend this place!
