The house is at the first floor of a flat and it consists of two levels: an open space living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom; a loft with a double bed and a double sofa bed, suitable for children. Great position to visit the best lake' spots, to chill and enjoy a good glass of wine!

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
