Vintage Little Pink Cottage

Our cozy little Pink House was built in 1910 as a farm house, surrounded by fields. Then several years ago we completely remodeled the inside updating everything, heat pump unit was added for heating and cooling. Our driveway leads to private parking by the back door. We are a nonsmoking, no pets facility. We are .06 miles to the hospital, shopping is also very close and the Safford High School is visible from our back door. This is a one bedroom with a Queen size bed.

It's a great camper located in Safford. It has a comfortable couch and dining table. The kitchen has a working stove, microwave, a beautiful small fridge, bread toaster, and a coffee machine. The cooking wear is not provided. The bedroom has a comfortable full size mattress and 2 closets beside the bed one on each side. And definitely, there's a hot and cold water in the bathroom and the kitchen. Have a lovely stay ✨️

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located property. This home has the charm of yester-year with the comforts of today. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom comes with a queen size bed, the other bedroom with a bunkbed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin size mattress on the top.
