Clean linens, everything worked. Really nice view from balcony. Updated tvs, easy check in. No issues at all. Will definitely recommend.

Es ist bereit unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Stefan. Die Beschreibungen waren korrekt. Alles war perfekt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um selbst zu kochen. Wobei der in Sichtweite liegende Foodmarket es nicht wirklich notwendig macht. Da kann man um kleines Geld hervorragend essen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, der Kleiderschrank bietet genügend Platz. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist grandios, man kann sie von drei Balkonen genießen. Herr New, der die Wohnung betreut, war immer erreichbar und Extrawüsche (Handtücher, Bettwäsche) wurden prompt erfüllt. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Wir können das Condo nur bestens weiter empfehlen.

Our experience at this house was fantastic from start to finish! The host provided exceptional service even before we arrived - sending detailed instructions and helpful recommendations. The location couldn't be better: • Charming coffee shop right next door - perfect for morning brews • Vibrant night market just 1km away • Siam Center just 10-20 minutes by taxi (traffic depending) The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the building’s security guard kindly helping us watch for our taxi and even assisting with our luggage. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting BKK - you'll be in great hands!

Fantastic location, fantastic Host, great value! The location of this condo can't be beat! You're 20 meters from the BTS station and downtown in 15 minutes. The area has plenty of local shops from restaurants to salons, 7-11 across the street, and a decent mall with two grocery stores and lots of restaurants just a 10 minute walk away. The photos and description of the condo are accurate. Although it's beside the BTS Skytrain line, you seldom hear noise inside. Great gym with all the standard machines and equipment, pool area is clean and quiet, with shade in some areas in the afternoon. Chanwis was a superb Host! Always available within the hour, and helpful to fix any issue. My access card stopped working, and Chanwis had a replacement card available in no time. He was always polite and professional. Given the location and amenities, along with Chanwis' support, this condo is one of the best values in Bangkok. I've already booked again for next winter. 👍

Location is very convenient, near to the port and many good restaurants nearby. Also there is a shopping mall which is good to shop. Host is super friendly and let us to check out flexibly and recommended good attractions. Also the room is quite comfortable with kitchen, laundry and two toilets. Recommend for family or friends trips👍

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Good clean and modern designed house. Kitchen and main living space is great. Would be smart to have prearranged transportation or have your own car. Side street can be a bit noisy with the amount of motorbikes zipping up and down it throughout the night.

We had a great stay here! The place looks exactly like the photos—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near the BTS, which made getting around the city super easy. One of the highlights was a cozy cafe - Single Lane Specialty Coffee just around the corner where we grabbed our morning coffee every day. The owner was also very responsive to messages, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Had a good stay at Fufus apartment, good location and easy to get around, good communication with Fufu. The apartment itself and the furnitures inside are a bit dated but still working ok, maybe some update will make it better. Thanks very much for hosting me!

Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Best place to stay in my personal opinion. Right next to my favorite restaurants. Few blocks from the mall . Right next to the beach. I get like I was actually able to relax, and get some rest stress free. Beautiful place just like the photos. I will book here every time in Pattaya.
