1940s Land Park Home

Fully updated home in established, tree-lined neighborhood, very close to downtown. Relax in our 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home that sleeps 4. It is in a quiet area, minutes from midtown, museums, shopping, State Capitol, Sacramento Zoo, William Land Park and many wonderful restaurants. Warm hardwood floors welcome you in to living room where you will find our comfortable leather sofa. Remodeled kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Bathrooms have tile, granite, and lovely fixtures. Enjoy the peaceful, green backyard or sip coffee on the porch. We are here to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free. Please ask if you have any special needs. Less than a couple of minutes to highway for easy access. Enjoy all of the comforts of a home away from home.

Warm, inviting guesthouse is a Midtown jewel

Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony of this 2nd floor guesthouse (must walk up a flight of stairs) overlooking backyard. Guesthouse sits behind the host’s home in the historic Newton Booth neighborhood in midtown. A family friendly and fantastic location, just off the freeway. Walk to the Natural Food Coop, coffee shop, bars/restaurants, Sutter's Fort, area parks, and public transit. Within 2 miles: Capitol building, Convention Center, Golden 1 Arena, art museum. Day trip to SF, Napa, Tahoe.

*Bright, Stylish, Modern, Land Park Gem!

Completely updated modern land park home just blocks from William Land Park! Close to SUTTER HEALTH PARK, 4 miles to Midtown and 3 miles to Downtown Sacramento. Walking distance to the well known Vic's Ice Cream parlor that's been around since 1947. Cute little boutiques right up the street as well as the Sacramento Zoo, Fairytale Town and Funderland Amusement Park for the kids! You can also take long walks through the beautiful neighborhoods or enjoy a bite to eat throughout the city.

The Fig Tree Cottage in the Heart of Land Park

The Fig Tree Cottage has been described by our guests as: "charming & elegant, exceptional, cozy, lovely, amazing, comfortable, spacious, modern, and perfect". Our guesthouse is nestled in the back of our home in beautiful Land Park, one of the finest neighborhoods in Sacramento. It's a quiet place of well-being where you can relax & enjoy the tranquil backyard garden. In light of COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions to sterilize all surfaces prior to each visit.

Curtis Park Pied-à-Terre

Enjoy a unique experience at this stylish, design forward home away from home in lovely Curtis Park, The space was curated specifically to feel like a relaxing sanctuary which I hope you will enjoy as much as I do. Yard in progress with Bocce ball court, cornhole, hammock and table and chairs available or spend time lounging on your own private deck. Close to downtown and midtown, this chic new space was inspired by travels to Europe and New York City

The Pallet Studio in East Sacramento

The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
