Bright, Charming and Elegant in the Heart of Lisbon

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. As soon as you confirm your reservation, I will be in contact to prepare your arrival and will be waiting for you in the flat to welcome you. In checkin and throughout your stay, i will be available any time you need tips about the best restaurants to visit or any other information you may like to know about this wonderful city. The apartment is cleaned by professional cleaners. I am looking forward to welcome you in Lisbon! Discover the Avenidas Novas area. Feel like a local when exploring the supermarket, antique shops, trendy decor and design stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Wander further, via the nearby Metro, just 8 minutes to the historic center. Subway (metro) is the best public transportation to get around in the city. You will find São Sebastião metro station just at the end of the street (4 min walk). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Apartamento convertido num estúdio com 38m2 renovado há 2 anos. É a minha habitação própria que renovei com muito carinho. Alugo em algumas alturas e fico em casa de familiares. Fica só a 5 minutos do comboio. Supermercado, restaurantes, ciclovia, farmácia, lavandaria, tudo a menos de 2 minutos a pé. A 4km do Oriente com ligação de transportes para todo o pais. A 4,5km do aeroporto mas sem ruido. Situa-se num 4º andar sem elevador, não sendo indicado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
