Cozy, spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment in a historical and traditional neighborhood, in central Lisbon but quiet at the same time. Close to main attractions, public transports and with local commerce, restaurants and bars. Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. The apartment has 1 Bedroom with double bed. 1 big open space with lounge area, dining table and kitchen area. 1 bathroom. 2 small balconies and a lot of natural light. Third floor, no elevator. Internet access, CD player and radio, equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels included. Information about local commerce, transports and attractions available, tips and advices about Lisbon culture and events from friendly host (speak english, french and spanish). Fica só a 5 minutos do comboio. Supermercado, restaurantes, ciclovia, farmácia, lavandaria, tudo a menos de 2 minutos a pé. A 4km do Oriente com ligação de transportes para todo o pais. A 4,5km do aeroporto mas sem ruido. Situa-se num 4º andar sem elevador, não sendo indicado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
