What’s not to like about our stay at the Villa Laura! It accommodated our family of 9 perfectly, is well equipped with everything you need, and strategically located close to town. The host, Ziga, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A couple of tips. There is a great restaurant called Fine Food Berc within a 5 minute walk from the Villa Laura. For those more active folks jogging around the lake is a great way to start the day and only 4.5 miles or take a hike up the small ski hill near Ziga’s place to capture some beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. For those craving the sea, Lido di Jesolo is ideal for a day trip, and Venic

Es war ein super Wochenende und wir fühlten uns super wohl. Der Host war immer schnell erreichbar und hat sich sehr gekümmert und uns super empfangen.

We had a lovely stay in this house. A lot of space, big rooms, very well equipped kitchen and a big living room. Just a five minutes walk to the grocery store, the city center, the ski bus to Saalbach and Kaprun and the slopes in Zell am Zee. We have made several trips to different countries and stayed in various apartments and houses during skiing season, but this was one of the best. Michael responded very quickly to our questions and made sure that we had a great stay. We can really recommend this house.

Wir waren für unser Team-Offsite in München und die Location war dafür super. Viele getrennte Zimmer, ausreichend viele Bäder, gute Lage und top Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber! Können wir empfehlen :)

La casa es muy bonita, todo está muy cuidado y muy cómodo, tiene unas vistas increíbles Anna estuvo muy pendiente y tiene una persona súper linda a cargo. lo único es que la llegada es muy difícil, no es apto para personas mayores o con alguna discapacidad hay que bajar en una rampa de grava y para salir subirla. Susana te ayuda con las malestas pero es un poco complicado

Pobyt byl velmi příjemný. Měli jsme s sebou 2 pejsky a jejich přivítání bylo velmi milé. Hostitelka nám připravila přípitek, štrůdl a velký salát, což nás moc potěšilo. Ubytování bylo moc pěkné a klidné. Děkujeme a rádi se zase vrátíme.

Perfecte locatie en zeer mooi verblijf. Perfect voor een skitrip, hou er alleen rekening mee dat je kort moet rijden naar één van de nabijgelegen skistations, en dat dat skibus niet meteen in de straat voorbijkomt. Maar als je een auto hebt is het allemaal perfect te doen. Zeker aan te raden!

Wir haben drei sehr schöne Tage in Florentins toller Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war jederzeit freundlich und angenehm. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach fantastisch! Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern – oder sogar für zwei Familien mit Kindern – bietet es alles, was man sich für einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub wünscht. Die Lage ist ideal für Skifahrer, mit schnellen Wegen zu den Pisten, und gleichzeitig ein Traum für Naturliebhaber, denn der Blick auf die Berge ist atemberaubend. Das Haus selbst ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch ultra praktisch eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Die Kinder waren so begeistert, dass sie sofort wieder hinfahren wollten – und auch wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für einen perfekten Urlaub in den Bergen!

Eine absolute Traumunterkunft!!! Das Haus von Anne ist einfach wunderschön und eignet sich ideal für einen Kurzurlaub im schönen Gmunden. Das Haus, welches Holz mit modernem Industrial-Design vereint, ist einfach unglaublich schön. Alles sehr neu eingerichtet und vom Haus, als auch von der Terasse, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See und über Gmunden. Insbesondere für den Silvesterabend war dies unser Highlight. Die Ausstattung des Hauses übertrifft den Standard und ist sehr gehoben. Von der Feuerschale im Garten, über den schlüssellosen Eintritt, bis hin zu 3 wunderschönen Schlafzimmern und einer top modernen Küche - wirklich bis ins Detail top modern und hochqualitativ. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war herausragend - so bekamen wir proaktiv tolle Tipps für Schneeschuhwandern und anderen Ausflugszielen sowie Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in diesem fantastischen Haus! Es gehört definitiv zu den bestausgestatteten Unterkünften, die wir je erlebt haben. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt: ein Kaffeevollautomat mit frisch aufgefüllten Bohnen, mehr als genügend Handtücher, kuschelige Bademäntel, eine tolle Auswahl an Spielen, reichlich Geschirr, viele Gewürze und jede Menge Zubehör, das man sonst selten findet – sogar eine Eiswürfelmaschine war vorhanden! Dazu kommen der wunderschöne Garten, die gemütliche Sauna und die großzügigen Räume, die den Aufenthalt einfach perfekt machen. Man merkt, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in diesem Haus steckt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

My friends and I booked the place for a couple of days and we were very satisfied with our stay. We were 7 people and had enough space, we greatly appreciated the numerous bathrooms available. The house is great for a staycation, surrounded by nature and the lake nearby. It was perfect for walks, especially at sunset! The host was very kind and fast with responding, we can highly recommend this place for a big group of people!

La casa de Román es hermosa, amplia, cómoda y calentita. Tiene tres niveles, tres amplios dormitorios, con muebles vacíos para guardar, dos dormitorios comparten un balcón, hay tres baños, un escritorio, despensa con muchos y variados electrodomésticos, muchísimo menaje. varios juegos de mesa, es ideal. La zona de la piscina interior tiene un mini jardín interior, con mesitas y reposeras. Recibimos la casa impecable, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más! Fuimos por navidad y hasta moldes de galletas nos facilitaron. El entorno es bellísimo, las vistas increíbles, teníamos vacas y hasta caballos de vecinos. La casa tiene terraza con comedor exterior, dos trineos y al lado una colina por donde nos deslizamos en la nieve. (casi es el patio de la casa). Ladau está a 20 minutos en auto de Salzburg, de fácil y rápida conexión. Gracias Román, disfrutamos tu casa. Volveremos

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

Federica est une hôte accueillante. Le logement est très bien équipé et est idéalement situé pour les escapades dans les Dolomites. Je le recommande. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Prachtig huis, zowel van buiten als van binnen. Fijne keuken, slaapkamers en badkamer. Grote koelkast en diepvrieskast. Veel spullen worden je als gast ter beschikking gesteld, uiteraard met de verwachting dat je zorgvuldig met de spullen omgaat. Mooi zwembad, wat gemakkelijk toegankelijk is vanuit alle kamers. Zwembad water was wel aan de koude kant!

Nettes Haus in schöner Gegend, alles vorhanden für einen entspannten Urlaub. Freundliche Gastgeberin, die gerne kommuniziert und Tipps gibt. Super leise in der Nacht. Unserem Hund Seppi hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder hier her!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.

Wir haben im Februar ein paar Tage in diesem wunderschönen, großen Forsthaus verbracht – und das als Gruppe von acht Personen, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Die Mischung aus historischer Atmosphäre und modernem Luxus hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Besonders der Saal mit dem Kachelofen, die komfortablen Schlafzimmer und die vielen Möglichkeiten, den Tag unterhaltsam zu gestalten, haben uns begeistert. An Küchenutensilien hat es uns nicht gefehlt. Alles war blitzsauber und Handtücher in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass ein aromatischer Saunaaufguss gefehlt hat, wobei es in der nahen Umgebung bestimmt einen Drogeriemarkt gibt. Insgesamt ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.
