Precioso apartamento totalmente redecorado a tan solo 300m de la playa, 6 minutos a pie. El apartamento consta de tres cómodas habitaciones, dos baños, salón comedor con salida a una amplia terraza, cocina y coladuría.Totalmente equipado con aire acondicionado,electrodomésticos de cocina, secador de pelo, wifi y televisión por satélite. También dispone de parking subterráneo. El edificio dispone de jardín y dos piscinas comunitarias. Ideal para cicloturistas con fácil acceso a rutas ciclistas.

Sunny villa nearby beach, incl. airport transfer

Great villa located in a small sea resort, in a quiet residential area. Few minutes walk to a long sandy beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Modern and comfortable furnishing with traditional Mallorcan touch. Perfect for families and friends: dining table and pool in the garden are ideal for spending time together, enjoy the sun, relax. Hikers and cyclers groups are very welcome. Airport and other attractions are within max 1 hour drive. Airport transfer included for stays longer than 7 days.

Casa situada en pueblo declarado Bien de Interes Cultural. Se encuentra en el interior de la Isla Perfectamente comunicado tiene parada de bus/tren. Ideal para cicloturismo!!. Tiene fácil acceso a la autopista,facilmente se puede llegar a bonitas playas de la Isla. Además se pueden visitar mercados y bodegas existentes en pueblos de alrededores. ..Cabe destacar que, a la entrada del pueblo se encuentra una zona de recreo.

Este apartamento es el más cercano al mar y está junto a la arena, con acceso directo a la piscina y a la playa. Hay una cama doble para 2 personas y dos camas individuales. Además de un sofá cama en el salón. Tiene una terraza al exterior y un jardín privado con diferentes accesos, mesa, sillas y tumbonas privadas. Hay wifi comunitario y además un wifi de mayor calidad, privado y gratuito exclusivo para mis huéspedes

The accommodation is excellent: style surrounds you in it. Thoughtful design. Every little thing is taken into account and will allow you to spend an unforgettable vacation. The sea and the beach are 150 meters from the studio, shops are within walking distance, the city center is 5 minutes on foot. Near restaurants and cafes for every taste.
