Food Scene

The food is always fresh and delicious. Organic is a priority. Artisan breads baked on premises. The rhubarb sorbet and whiskey ice cream are beyond delightful. River view and outdoor seating overlooking the water and valley. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And all this for no more than you would spend anywhere else.

Where to go for local, organic and green. Healthy foods - including raw milk, goat milk, artisan cheese and grass fed meat. Great deli, too. The veggie breakfast burrito is on my list of favorites - but get there early before they're all gone!

Entertainment & Activities

A jewel in the middle of Spokane. It's a great place for a stroll - and big enough for a hike. You can get splashed by river spray, skate on the ice ribbon, take a gondola for a ride, go for a spin on the carousel. Some attractions are seasonal, but the park is always a wonderful place to detox and de-stress. Not to mention, it's the home of the Big Red Wagon slide, beloved by local kiddos and visitors alike.
