Food Scene

The savory and sweet baked goods are fantastic AS IS THE STAFF. There is a deli in the same building--it's like a speakeasy situation. So good and fun. Get there early!

Always great food. The scene is fun and busy and fairly local. It's also cool if you're by yourself. You'll feel welcome and you can sit at the bar & the chef's scene is fun. The staff is SUPER knowledgable about the area. It's intimate and there is usually a wait. Make a rezzie.

IT'S SO GOOD! real deal here in the Valley. A little bit of Louisiana down home cooking. Put a little south in your mouth. I love, LOVE the calamari. And étouffée. Kid friendly too. The Carloss family rocks this eatery.

Perfect to stroll (and make out) or run. It's got a little bit of hill and a bunch of great views. There are tons of dog walkers so if you're missing your pooch, wander up there before dinner. Or after.

There are two co-ops. One is a couple of blocks away and the other (bigger one) is over a mile (still walkable) away. Both are good. Great salad bars and yummy delis.
