If you are from out of state, this is a must try. “Utahns” are crazy for their Costa Vida/Cafe Rio ( they are pretty much the same).
Mexican - ish food. The sweet pork salad with creamy cilantro dressing is a fan favorite.

Best Indian in town. Part of a gas station on campus. Usually a wait in the evening. Parking here is tricky. After hours you can park at the bank across the street. Great take out option.
