Cafe & patio for omelets, breakfast pastas, pancakes, sandwiches, burgers & chilaquiles. Small restaurant but worth the wait. The sides for breakfast are not your typical eggs & bacon or cantaloupe and honeydew (unless you want it.) EAT serves buttery zucchini shreds, and their fruit cups often contain unusual treats like star fruit or dragon fruit.

There is a lot more to see in Hollywood proper but this is near by and it's fun to see the courtyard outside the theater, big Emmy's statue and busts of famous television personalities.

Really fun for families with younger kids. In the heart of Griffith Park, which is great for hiking, biking and being outdoors. Till January 6th, the zoo is holding a special holiday event from 6pm-10pm where everything lights up in holiday lights. Most animals are asleep for the lights event but a fun different side of the zoo is there to enjoy.

Parks & Nature
Griffith Park offers many hiking options but a fun trail to explore is the Old Zoo Trail. Like the name suggests, you hike passed old zoo ruins and abandoned cages. Many movies have been filmed here.
