Hyde Park is on the eastern side of the Sydney city centre and is listed on the New South Wales State Heritage Register. It is the southernmost of a chain of parkland that extends north to the shore of Sydney Harbour via The Domain and Sydney's Royal Botanic Gardens. Hyde Park is approximately rectangular in shape, being squared at the southern end and rounded at the northern end.

This is an absolute must for anyone who wants to see Sydney by night whilst sitting in a cool place and sipping on a delicious cocktail! There often is a queue to get in so make sure you get in early. As for dress - don't be underdressed!

A delightful bakery, that is also a patisserie, and coffee shop. Flour and Stone is tiny, but well worth the visit. Do expect to wait a little as this place gets extremely busy - but worthwhile the wait! It is not open on Sundays or public holidays.
