L U N C H or D I N N E R - Ellensburg's newest (and best, if we're allowed to say that?) Thai restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Vegetarian and gluten free friendly options available. We highly recommend the yellow curry. Also, the green curry. We recommend everything, actually.

Take advantage of Basalt's rooftop deck and enjoy your meal with a beautiful view. The rooftop deck is open Wednesday - Saturday, 3-8pm. (Basalt offers a Cauliflower Steak option for vegetarians which we personally have not tried but have heard many wonderful reviews about it.)
