The Buffalo Bill Center of the West is an amazing museum that gives you the full Western Experience. This is a great stop and it really takes a whole day to get the full experience of this amazing place!

The Drive over Chief Joseph Scenic Highway is a must!
Our favorite drive with unbelievable views is going over the Chief Joseph Scenic Highway. Take Highway 120 out of town and about 15 miles out turn left on Chief Joseph Scenic Highway. It will take you on a gorgeous drive up and over some gorgeous mountain passes. If it is summer make sure to take the route from Cooke City to Red Lodge over Beartooth Pass, but Only if you are travelling in the Summer as it is an almost 11,000 foot pass. On this drive make sure to stop at the scenic overlooks - they are mind-blowingly beautiful!
