Wildfire is a traditional "American" steak and seafood eatery with a great bar offering wonderful cocktails, beers and wines. The food is delicious and always take a serious look at the daily specials. Not to be missed is dessert, especially the triple layer chocolate cake.

By far, Bucktown's location at the Historic bank is by far the nicest offering more products, snacks and services in a great setting.

It is a 385-acre plant museum with 26 beautiful and distinct gardens and four natural areas. There are event programs just about every weekend for adults and children. During the summer months, they host "Summer Evenings Music at the Garden". They offer workshops, Chef's series cooking classes and many children's programs too.
It is wonderful park 5 minutes from the apartment with a running path and a playground for children to play. It's also a great place to take a book and blanket for an afternoon of reading outdoors.
