Bus system is not that reliable but going to Ft Myers Beach they have park and ride that does save time and money in season when spending the day.

Traffic considerations
Getting around the Cape is pretty easy but, traveling the roads between 7 AM and 9 AM and then again at 5PM to 6:30 PM can be a challenge.
