The apartment is just next to "Elbasan Arena", which is a multi-purpose stadium in Elbasan and was officially inaugurated in 2014 under UEFA qualifications and certification. This means that apart from the national football games, any UEFA, champions league, and international football events can take place in this stadium since that year.

Wandering by foot or taxi
The major parts of the city are almost all close to the city centre, and they are quite and easily accessible by foot containing flat streets in a relatively small town. However, if longer distances are desired then the smartest and more convenient way seems to be the local taxi cabs, the prices of which are considered fairly economical.
