Although Central is a big shopping mall, inside and outside there are plenty of really good restaurants and cafes - my favourite is the Bok Simply Asian (food court - nothing fancy), but the food tastes excatly as I tried it for the first time in Malaysia. Most importantly it is really budget friendly! There is also a swimming pool and nice spa in a fitness center Golem located as well in Central, 2nd floor.
