Best Wine Spots and Dinner: Here are our absolute favourite winery recommendations right here in our little valley, all of them are small family owned operations with some of the best kept wine secrets in the region! All these wineries are nearby and you can do the whole loop in a few hours, stopping for tastings, enjoying the wines and the views! MOST WINERIES ARE REQUESTING RESERVATIONS FOR TASTINGS, SO BE SURE TO CALL AHEAD BEFORE YOU GO TOURING. 7 Stones Winery Our neighbour next door. Some of the richest, full bodied wines Corcelletes - Incredible wines, be sure to try the Sante, it’s amazing. Not one wine on their list isn’t absolutely incredible Clos Du Soleil - Quite a well known winery, they have a beautiful little winery Orofino - It’s like stepping into a little piece of Tuscany. Their wines are incredible Twisted Hills Cidery - A great treat with tasting room in their geodesic dome, right on highway 3 Harkers Organics - One of our organic farm neighbours, they also have a new cider house line of products that are delicious! Be sure to grab a few fresh organic veggies there too! Row 14 - This is a MUST STOP for a Harvest Dinner or Harvest Lunch – voted one of the best restaurants in BC, it is an absolute treat. Everything is harvest fresh, farm-to-table, organic. The chef is incredible. They can accept reservations for tables up to 6 people under covid-19 regulations, but if your group is larger, you can reserve 2 tables of 6, etc. Crowsnest B&B - Friday night woodfire grilled pizza here is a real treat. Similkameen Sip & Cycle: If you google Similkameen Sip and Cycle, it is a new company that started up just a few weeks ago. There is a great map on their website that gives you some ideas for biking and wine touring. They have rental bikes available for the day and it’s a truly wonderful trip to take for a day trip. Or you can simply drive the route as well.
