Amazing food, excellent portion size, and the chef (Nelo) is very friendly and personable. One of the best eating experiences I have ever had. I would come back to Romania just to eat here.

The Dolphinarium is among the most visited tourist attractions in Constanța both in summer and in the off-season. Along The Planetarium and The Astronomical Observatory and the Microreserve, the Dolphinarium is a beautiful and exciting part of the Natural Sciences Museum Complex of Constanța.

The Aquarium is located on the seafront, right in front of the imposing Casino. Opened with great fanfare on 1st of May 1958, Constanța's Aquarium was for a long time the first and only public institution of its kind in our country.
