This is the newest establishment in Taos. Right on the Paseo it offers fabulous outdoor seating, for soaking in the early evening sun & people watching. They make their own booze and concoct some pretty tasty & unusual cocktails, as well as some nice small bites.

This is an order-at-the-counter restaurant with some of the best authentic, Mexican dishes. Don't eat for a couple of days before you go!
