Parks & Nature
Hike this wonderful trail up to Lions Head, getting the most amazing 360deg views of Cape Town. Takes about 45min-1 hr to the top and half an hour down. Climb the ladders and chains. Reasonably easy climbing. Take plenty of water and some snacks to enjoy at the top. Best times are early morning before it gets too hot and late evenings. On full moon nights, climb up in the evening, watch the sunset at the top and climb down after dark in the moonlight. Take a headlamp or torch to help you get down safely. Take a weather jacket as it can cold if the clouds come in.
Drive or Uber to the signal hill roadway, you will see the Lions Head parking area on this roadway.

Boat trips, red bus tours, Aquarium, Robben Island ferry, movies, entertainment - it all happens at the Waterfront.
