5 stars, spanish restaurant, La Bota, is in 5 min walking distance in district of Shanghai Xintiandi, La Bota is located in a mini-restaurant district of Dagu Road, Jing'an District in Shanghai. Dagu Road is very popular both by locals and tourist. The food, at La Bota, is really excellent, with a wide range of tapas to suit all tastes. We have tried many of the restaurants within this mini-district. La Bota stands out amongst all other restaurants within Dagu Road, bar none; period. One of the owners, Mr. David A Caro, is electric and eccentric; full of energy; imports their own vintage wines from Spain (yummy); a must visit for good food and wine if you are in the area.
