My favorite "café" when the weather is good (sunny and warm), wifi is for free and you have a beautiful view on the Tejo river, nice play ground for the children. Situated in the park "Jardim Botto Machado", close to the Panteão Nacional and in the area of the flea market "Feira da Ladra" (Tuesdays and Saturdays).
