La Paz “The Peace” is a safe, lovely artistic seaside town.

Walk along the seaside Malecon, to historic town lined with artist murals, cafes, Jazz bars and restaurants. This is not your typical tourist town where vendors are bothering you to buy, there is a market and shops to buy local arts and crafts.
