Sho-Gun Japanese restaurant is a great place to meet with a group of friends. The chef cooks your meals right in front of you and does a few tricks. Amazing food and runs about 25-30 per person, depending on what you get to eat.

There is a FREE public launch ramp about 7-10 minutes away from the condo.

There is NO overnight mooring on the beach in front of the condo. LHC police will issue citations if you Moore your watercraft overnight on the beach.
If you want to rent a boat slip so you can leave you boat in the water, you can contact Lake Havasu Marina at 928-855-2159 to reserve and rent a slip. They’re located 5 minutes from the condo at 1100 N McCulloch Blvd
Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
They charge $31 per day if your boat is less than 26 feet.
