Homemade fresh cheese! Five days a week they make fresh cheese curds and if you arrive between 8 and 9 AM you can get them still warm! Come a little earlier and watch the curd making process. Wednesdays they make string cheese instead of curds. The cheese shop has a wide selection of various cheeses to stock up on while in Wisconsin.
