The BEST burger in Colorado Springs! It was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dive's in 2014. Everything here is homemade. The Buns, the ketchup, the heifer sauce, even the fountain sodas, and they source all of their beef locally. You can't go wrong. Also, get the Belgian fries and dip them in the heifer sauce. You won't regret it!

Stunning views, and a gorgeous drive! $35 dollars for a vehicle to drive up. Plan at least 4-5 hours to drive up, look around, and take some side roads around the reservoirs. A fun adventure most days.

he Cadet Chapel is both the most recognizable building at the United States Air Force Academy and the most visited man-made tourist attraction in Colorado. This aluminum, glass and steel structure features 17 spires that shoot 150 feet into the sky. It is considered among the most beautiful examples of modern American academic architecture.
The Cadet Chapel serves as an all-faith center of worship for cadets and includes Protestant, Catholic, Jewish and Buddhist chapels, an All-Faiths Room, and a Falcon Circle, each with its own entrance. The Chapel is capable of holding services in all rooms at one time.
The current visitor hours of operation for the Cadet Chapel are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

An easy drive 1hr west. This park is a $7 entry fee per vehicle. Be sure to stop at the park ranger office to see the beautiful second range on clear days. For an easy hike with spectacular views try the Grouse Point Overlook. 1 mile roundtrip that's easy for most people who just arrived in Colorado. This is one of our families favorite short hikes. Look for B7 carved into the aspen at the summit of the hill and add your own moniker.
