Glenrock has become a dedicated Mountain Biking park during the last 5 years. Most entrances to the trails have detailed maps of all the tracks. The maps are also handy for hikers and joggers.
The fernleigh track follows part of the reserve and is a dedicated 14km pedestrian and cycling track, perfect for an early morning or afternoon run through peaceful bushland.
