Sandpoint City Beach is a great place for kids to play
Located right downtown. There are dedicated swimming spots with lifeguards in the summer, volleyball, and a playground. Parking is typically not a problem.

Sandpoint is a walking town. We've known drivers to be ticketed for not stopping for pedestrians. Just a heads up.
