This house was moved brick by brick from an estate in England--an actual pre-colonial English manor house. It is pretty awesome.

American Civil War Museum- Historic Tredegar
480 Tredegar StA must-see for Civil War buffs.
Great for the history but also for the fact that the museum is literally on the front steps of the VCU Emergency Room. It is a juxtaposition that must be seen to be believed!

Richmond has the most legitimate claim (above every other east coast city) on Poe. This is an interesting little museum and one of the oldest buildings in the city.
