Mt.Roy Peak
Popular walk, allow approx 5 hours return, a view of the region and lakes from the top.
Visit the famous Wanaka tree on the lake front for some stunning photos. Also take the walk along the track. just 1km to the Edgewater resort where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and then 15mins to Rippon Vineyard for wine tasting. Turn left at the vines off the track to walk up the hill to the wine tasting, its worth the walk.
