Only about 2 miles from the house. Great morning walk! Magnificent walk above the cliff alongside the brisk blue ocean water, adjacent to rather impressive coastal houses in York Harbor. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 18 min to complete (2 miles round trip).

About a 20 min walk or very short drive (about 2 miles). The kids love to ride their bikes here. Great morning walk/bike ride as you walk down Long Sands beach to get here.

One of our favorite towns. It’s a ride up the highway (about 40 min) but if you have the time, it’s worth a visit! The Old Port waterfront features working fishing wharves and converted warehouses with restaurants and shops. Nearby, the Western Promenade is a public park atop a bluff, offering river and mountain views. Its surrounding district, the West End, is full of Victorian-era homes, including the Victoria Mansion museum.
